Region: The Hidden City
Reward: Unlock Lockpick, Rope Ascender (purchase)
Quest Location – Find Takiy’s Dice 5y6c
You have to go to the hidden City to accept this side mission. There you have to talk to Takiy, he is located near the market place. The boy wants her to retrieve his dice.
The quest now takes you to the southwest corner of the city. There you will find Pisco, he clears up the misunderstanding and sends you on.
Now you have to talk to 5 Outsiders, at the beginning only 4 are marked. The fifth is marked on the map after talking to the other 4. You can use Survival Instinct to search for them in the area (press the right stick).
The last Outsider is a Dealer/Merchant, here you can buy the Lockpick Gadget!
